My friend is my debit card. I'm on the coast and in money. Can money from ATM without the card, if I put the 16-digit number and my PIN number? Wachovia is, if it helps.

No, but if it is a subsidiary of Wachovia, you can and maybe you can make a payment to you, provided you have proper identification.
No, this is the card are still needed to outside of an ATM transaction. Think about it, if possible, how many people are someone Record # card and PIN? It would be too easy for people to steal accounts. Sorry.
