What is it like in mental hospitals/older people with anxiety how did you make it through? - older people mental health

For those who are at least 19 and leaving school. Dealing with bad anxiety. It's like I'm having panic attacks on top of me. I wear red, I can not breathe, my heart will not stop. Ive been several times in my life and I go, but now I feel like throwing in the towel, I told my mom that I wanted to escape and has never hurt me, she wants me in an institution, but I think I not a break, I go on a rampage. I have done today, but it was just a very bad attack. I felt like screaming into the next. I do not know to act, I think it's ridiculous, but I can not help myself. How can I do in this weather?
