Saga or Age Concern are those who can perhaps help - albeit expensive.
I was just looking for insurance, "Travel for Seniors" and not many options. moneysupermarkets.com the appearance of one of the best.
I also agree with other reviewers, the saga is also a good choice.
They even have their own insurance saga
There are several companies selling travel insurance in over 70 years with the conditions. Saga is a good start, but try googling "on the 70" best of luck and hope she has a great trip.
